他汀类药物具有不依赖于调脂作用的心血管保护作用,近来研究发现他汀类药物对血管新生具有促进、抑制甚至双向作用,现就他汀类药物对血管新生的作用及其作用机制进行综述。
Recent studies have found that statins have the promotion, inhibition and even bidirectional effect on angiogenesis, and the effects of statins on angiogenesis and their mechanism of action are reviewed.
