睡眠期呼吸间歇综合征患者的上呼吸道往往有狭窄,且伸缩率异常。但因上呼吸道形态复杂,其横断面积随呼吸而改变,因此,客观观察其变化较困难。作者以11例肥胖度20%以下的健康人做对照,对4例每夜呼吸间歇发作30次以上的患者进行研究。年龄32~62岁。患者仰卧在超高速CT检查台上,每次呼吸6s,从硬腭平面向下扫描8个层面,每层厚度1cm。X线投照时间0.05s,几乎同时扫描8个层面,每个层面连续摄影10张,测量每个断面上呼吸道面积,并测量其狭窄率。结果见到,患者上呼吸道狭窄率39%~100%,平均75.5±25.5%,正常对照组为19%~48%,平均35.5±8.8%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Patients with respiratory intermittent sleep during sleep are often narrow upper respiratory tract, and the expansion rate abnormalities. However, due to the complex shape of the upper respiratory tract, the cross-sectional area changes with the breathing, therefore, the objective observation of the changes more difficult. The authors compared 11 healthy subjects with obesity below 20%, and studied 4 patients with intermittent episodes of nightly breathing more than 30 times daily. Age 32 ~ 62 years old. The patient was supine on an ultra-high speed CT examination table, breathing 6 seconds each time, scanning down eight planes from the hard palate plane, each layer having a thickness of 1 cm. X-ray projection time of 0.05s, almost simultaneously scanning eight levels, each level of 10 consecutive photographs, measuring each section of the respiratory tract area, and measure the stenosis rate. The results showed that patients with upper respiratory tract stenosis rate of 39% to 100%, an average of 75.5 ± 25.5%, the normal control group was 19% to 48%, an average of 35.5 ± 8.8%, a significant difference (P lt;
