针对直径为2 800 mm、单坑顶进长度为315 m的大口径长距离玻璃钢顶管工程,介绍了顶管施工所需顶力和管材极限顶力的计算方法,给出了不同规范关于顶力安全系数取值,并结合实际施工情况,对施工所需顶力的计算提出了建议。分析了大口径、长距离玻璃钢顶管的结构及工艺设计中的关键性问题,对模具锥度、中继间等具体问题进行了说明。该工程实践结果对玻璃钢顶管的设计具有较强的指导意义,有助于玻璃钢顶管的进一步推广和应用。
Aiming at the large diameter long distance fiberglass pipe jacking project with a diameter of 2 800 mm and a single pit heading length of 315 m, the calculation methods of the jacking force and the ultimate jacking force of the jacking pipe are introduced. The value of safety factor and the actual construction conditions, put forward some suggestions on the calculation of the required jacking force. The key problems in the structure and process design of FRP pipe with large diameter and long distance are analyzed. The concrete problems such as mold taper and inter-relay are explained. The results of the project on the design of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe has a strong guiding significance, contribute to the further promotion and application of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe.
