基于客观条件的变化和本身存在的问题，面向２１世纪我国的制材工业必须改造。设想林区应组建木材加工生产链，城市应对老企业进行整顿和改造；高效益应是改造的目的，人工林速生材、小径木为原料的高效制材应是改造的主攻方向。 Based on the changes in objective conditions and the problems that exist in itself, the country’s timber industry must be transformed in the 21st century. It is envisaged that the forest area should establish a wood processing and production chain, and the city should deal with old enterprises to rectify and reform; the high efficiency should be the purpose of the transformation. High-efficiency materials made from artificial forest fast-growing wood and small diameter wood should be the main direction of transformation.
