目的:检测围着床期小鼠子宫内膜中p38MAPK的表达及变化规律。方法:利用免疫组织化学染色和图像分析法检测动情期未孕、真孕及假孕3~7天小鼠子宫内膜中p38MAPK的表达及变化规律。结果:在真孕组E3天,p38MAPK在小鼠子宫内膜腔上皮细胞中的表达呈阳性,E4天的表达呈强阳性,此后逐渐变弱;p38MAPK在腺上皮中的表达始终保持在阳性水平,而p38MAPK在蜕膜细胞中的表达从E5天起逐渐增强。而p38MAPK在假孕组的表达只有E4天呈弱阳性。结论:1p38MAPK参与胚泡着床过程,并可能参与子宫内膜蜕膜化。2不仅母体因素对子宫内膜中p38MAPK的表达有影响,而且胚泡刺激也对其有影响。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of p38MAPK in the peri-implantation mouse endometrium and its variation. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were used to detect the expression of p38MAPK in the endometrium of pregnant and pseudopregnant pregnant women who were not pregnant, pregnant and pseudopregnant mice. Results: On day E3 of pregnant group, the expression of p38MAPK was positive in mouse endometrial epithelial cells and strongly positive on day E4, and then gradually weakened. The expression of p38MAPK in the glandular epithelium was always positive , While the expression of p38MAPK in decidual cells gradually increased from E5 days. The p38MAPK expression in the false pregnancy group only weakly positive E4 days. Conclusion: 1p38MAPK is involved in blastocyst implantation and may participate in endometrial decidualization. 2 Not only maternal factors have an effect on the expression of p38MAPK in endometrium, but also blastocyst stimulation.
