本文报告了5名健康人静脉滴注妥布霉素的药物动力学结果。血药浓度同时用酶免疫法和微生物法测定得到的动力学参数无显著差异(P>0.05).t_(1/2)β分别为1.57±0.25和1.74±0.24h。
This article reports the pharmacokinetic results of intravenous tobramycin in five healthy individuals. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the concentration of plasma and the kinetic parameters measured by enzyme immunoassay and microbiological method. The t 1/2 (1/2) β were 1.57 ± 0.25 and 1.74 ± 0.24 h respectively.
