清控人居科技示范楼项目在施工图设计阶段引入了BIM流工作平台,试图实现从设计到施工的全过程信息化。BIM团队前期使用Revit创建了细化至构件产品级别的全信息化模型,最大程度实现模拟建造;后期则使用Navis Works实现施工阶段的可视化模拟和信息化管理。在项目全过程中,BIM平台使所有相关人员基于同一三维可视化模型工作,确保各专业间信息的准确对接,最大程度提高多专业的协作效率。因此从设计阶段到施工阶段以至到后期运营阶段,BIM技术可以实现项目全过程的信息化、交互化、模拟化,对以全生命周期的生态特性作为重要考核标准的贵安新区清控人居科技示范楼项目而言具有重大意义。
Clean living Habitat technology demonstration building project in the construction design phase of the introduction of the BIM flow platform to try to achieve the entire process from design to construction information. The BIM team used Revit to create a full informatization model refined to the component product level in the early stage to maximize the simulation construction and later use Navis Works to realize the visual simulation and information management in the construction stage. Therefore, from the design stage to the construction stage and even to the later stage of operation, BIM technology can realize the informationization, interaction and simulation of the entire project, and control the living of Gui’an New District with the ecological characteristics of the whole life cycle as an important assessment standard Science and technology demonstration project in terms of great significance.
