高血压病是以心、脑、肾损害为主的常见心血管病之一,也是中老年人死亡的主要原因。因此,了解心脏结构和心功能的变化,对老年高血压病的病情估计、指导治疗和预后判断均有重要意义。现将我院用 M 型超声心动图(VCG)对30例老年高血压病心血管的改变所做的观测结果报告如下。资料与方法本文高血压30例,男20例,女10例,年龄58～78岁,平均68岁。高血压病诊断按 WHO 标准(1978年)判定。正常老年对照组20例,男女各半,年龄58～78岁,平均68岁。
Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases with heart, brain and kidney damage as the main cause of death in the elderly. Therefore, to understand the changes of heart structure and cardiac function, is of great significance for the estimation of the disease, guiding treatment and prognosis of senile hypertension. Now our hospital with M-mode echocardiography (VCG) on 30 cases of cardiovascular changes in elderly hypertension observations made the following report. Materials and Methods In this paper, 30 cases of hypertension, 20 males and 10 females, aged 58 to 78 years, mean 68 years. Hypertension diagnosis according to WHO standards (1978) to determine. 20 normal control group, male and female half, aged 58 to 78 years, mean 68 years.
