文书工作是企业办公室工作的重要组成部分,是一项政治性、服务性、技术性很强的工作。文书工作对及时传达、贯彻党和国家的各项政策法令,互通情况,处理问题,交流经验,传递信息,提高工作效率等都具有十分重要的意义。它对企业实施科学决策,强化各项管理,搞活生产经营,疏通业务关系,增强企业生机和活力等具有重要的地位和作用。一个单位、一个部门文书工作能否搞好,很大程度上取决于文书工作人员素质的高低。现就提高文书工作人员素质谈一谈粗浅看法。
