目的：观察延续护理与传统护理，比较其在直肠癌永久性造口并发症及患者满意度方面的影响。方法将160例直肠癌术后永久性造口患者随机分成延续护理组与传统护理组，经过术后半年的随访观察两组在造口并发症及患者满意度方面的差异。结果延续护理组较传统护理组造口并发症发生率低（P<0.05），患者对医院的满意度高（P<0.05）。结论延续护理在降低造口并发症发生率和提高病人满意度方面较传统护理更具优势，明显提高患者生活质量。“,”Objective To study the extended care and the traditional nursing,compare them on complications and satisfaction in rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy. Methods 160 cases of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy were randomly divided into the extended care group and the traditional nursing group, the differences in complications and satisfaction were studied between the two groups during six months of follow-up. Results Lower complications and higher satisfaction were observed in the extended care group,compared with those in traditional nursing group. Conclusion The extended care has more advantages than the traditional nursing in reducing colostomy complications and improving patient satisfaction, can improve the quality of life of the patients.
