一些作者曾就稀土光谱分析中,载体对稀土谱线强度的影响,以及载体的选择和使用,进行过研究。其中,Y·Osumi 等在光谱分析 Eu_2O_3、Y_2O_3和 Nd_2O_3中的稀土杂质时,使用CsCl 载体,提高了分析的灵敏度和精密度。对 NaCl 在稀土光谱分析中的作用和机理进行了研究。江祖成等在光谱分析 Y_2O_3中稀土杂质时也进行了载体选择和使用的研究。赵匡华等比较了20种化合物载体对微量稀土元素谱线强度的影响,发现 KBr 对谱线增强的效果最佳。但是,过去对载体的作用机理缺乏从周期表的规律进行较系统的研究。我们曾对周期表ⅠA、ⅡA 族化合物载体对稀土谱线强度的影响进行研究。结果表明,由于卤化反应的结果,使稀土蒸发率提高;由于易电离载体元素的存在,使弧焰温度降低,减少了稀土扩散,增加了稀土在等离子区的浓度。本文研究了ⅠB、ⅡB 族氧化物、氧化物载体对稀土谱线强度的影响,结果表明 AgCl 对稀土谱线增强的效果最佳。AgCl 载体的浓度以0.0010~0.0015毫克原子/毫克较为适宜。
Some authors have conducted studies on the effects of carriers on the spectral line intensities of rare earths, as well as the selection and use of carriers in the spectral analysis of rare earths. Among them, Y. Osumi et al. Used CsCl carrier in the spectral analysis of rare earth impurities in Eu 2 O 3, Y 2 O 3 and Nd 2 O 3 to improve the sensitivity and precision of the analysis. However, in the past, the mechanism of action on the carrier lacks a systematic study from the laws of the periodic table. We have studied the periodic table Ⅰ A, Ⅱ A compound carrier on the intensity of rare earth lines were studied. The results show that the evaporation rate of rare earth increases due to the result of halogenation reaction. Due to the existence of easily ionizable carrier element, the temperature of arc flame is reduced, the rare earth diffusion is reduced, and the concentration of rare earth in the plasma zone is increased. In this paper, the effects of oxides of ⅠB, ⅡB group and oxide carriers on the intensity of rare earth are studied. The results show that AgCl has the best effect on the enhancement of rare earth. AgCl carrier concentration of 0.0010 ~ 0.0015 mg atom / mg is more appropriate.
