目的比较穿心莲内酯、大黄素、盐酸小檗碱等对表皮葡萄球菌生物膜的渗透性,为中药治疗表皮葡萄球菌引起的相关感染提供相关研究的依据。方法在体外建立SE-BF(表皮葡萄球菌生物膜模型)和PB(生物膜渗透模型),观察穿心莲内酯、大黄素、盐酸小檗碱等中药有效成分对PB的渗透率。结果大黄素、穿心莲内酯36 h渗透率分别达到88.00%、82.89%,而盐酸小檗碱渗透率在几种药物中相对较差。结论中药有效成分对表皮葡萄球菌生物膜有较强的渗透性。
Objective To compare the osmotic potential of andrographolide, emodin and berberine against Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm and provide the basis for related research on the related infections caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis. Methods SE-BF (Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm model) and PB (biofilm permeation model) were established in vitro to observe the permeability of PB to the effective components of andrographolide, emodin and berberine hydrochloride. Results The permeation rates of emodin and andrographolide reached to 88.00% and 82.89% at 36 h, respectively. However, the permeability of berberine hydrochloride was relatively poor among several drugs. Conclusion The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine have a strong permeability to Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilm.
