A local primary school teacher who has been hailed as “Teaching Reform Breakthrough” has not been reported to the provincial-level teachers for the reason that “young people are still behind the road.” In fact, this “young” teacher is already 40 years old. A worker who has been honored as an advanced worker in the provincial government has been recruiting students for examination. And only because of the age of one year older than the provisions of the relevant departments refused to test the door. What age is a bit better, or is it a little better? Someone sighed: too much abstention in China's employment system, unfavorable talent growth and come to the fore. The author believes that meritocracy, the amount of application is the fundamental employment. Certainly, the personnel system has some provisions, but it must not be rigid. Zombie dogma is the noose strangling talent.
