水冷式制冷装置的冷却塔或蒸发式冷凝器,往往存在腐蚀,结垢、粘胶物和有机质污垢。常规的处理方法是用运行费颇高的化学剂法作水处理。此法对设备和管道有副作用。美国的新环保法对化学剂水处理的沉淀物的处置规定很严,执行起来成为颇重的经济负担。再者化学剂水处理难以精确地维持预期的化学平衡,多半凭主观经验。自从非化学剂水处理系统问世以来,其优点和效果已被用户肯定。其应用已日益普遍。
Cooling towers or evaporative condensers in water-cooled units often suffer from corrosion, fouling, viscose, and organic fouling. The conventional method of treatment is to use high cost of chemicals for water treatment. This method has a side effect on equipment and piping. The new Environmental Protection Act of the United States has very strict regulations on the disposal of sediments of chemical agent water treatment, which has become a heavy economic burden. Moreover, chemical water treatment is difficult to accurately maintain the expected chemical equilibrium, mostly based on subjective experience. Since the advent of non-chemical water treatment system, its advantages and effects have been affirmed by the user. Its application has become increasingly common.
