一、引言目前,世界上各大电梯公司都有各自的交流调速电梯,但绝大多数是采用交流变压调速。最近,日本三菱电机株式会社运用功率电子学、微电子学等技术,在世界上首先开发交流变压变频(VVVF)控制电梯。其控制速度的范围有低中速(60-105米/分);高速(12-240米/分);超高速(300-360米/分),更能满足时代的要求。 VVVF控制的低中速电梯采用传统的蜗轮副减速机,使用二极管电桥作为整流器。对于高速、超高速电梯由于能量大,分别采用能耗小的斜齿轮减速机和无齿轮的方式,再生电能用可控硅变换器返还到电源。

For high-speed, super-high-speed elevators due to large energy, respectively, using a small energy-hung helical gear reducer and gearless way, the regenerative energy can be returned to the power supply using SCR converter.
