目的优化乳膏基质的组成,以期得到外观、使用性和稳定性俱佳的复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏。方法以离心稳定性、耐寒稳定性、耐热稳定性、粒度、延展性、外观以及清洗性等作为指标,采用D-最优混料设计法确定乳膏基质的组成。结果最佳复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏的基质组成:硬脂酸8.3 g,单甘脂7.6 g,白凡士林9.5 g,液体石蜡8.1 g,十二烷基硫酸钠1.1 g,甘油7.5 g,水57 g。结论按此处方制备的复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏稳定性好、易涂布、易清洗,外观洁白有光泽。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the composition of the cream base in order to obtain a triamcinolone acetonide cream with good appearance, usability and stability. Methods Centrifuge stability, cold stability, heat stability, particle size, ductility, appearance and cleaning properties were used as indexes to determine the composition of cream matrix by D-optimal mixture design method. RESULTS The matrix composition of the best triamcinolone acetonide cream was: stearic acid 8.3 g, monoglyceride 7.6 g, white petrolatum 9.5 g, liquid paraffin 8.1 g, sodium lauryl sulfate 1.1 g, glycerol 7.5 g, water 57 g. Conclusion According to this prescription prepared triamcinolone acetate cream has good stability, easy coating, easy to clean, the appearance of white and shiny.
