[目的]观察藤龙补中汤对大肠癌肺转移和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(II型巨噬细胞)的作用。[方法]采用尾静脉注射法建立小鼠大肠癌肺转移模型,随机分为3组,每组10只;对照组蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次;中药组,藤龙补中汤灌胃,每天1次;化疗组,5-Fu腹腔注射,每周1次;连续用药3周后,剥离小鼠肺组织,称重并计数转移结节;免疫组织化学方法检测小鼠肺转移灶肿瘤相关巨噬细胞标志基因Arginase I、VEGF表达及血管生成。[结果]与对照组相比,藤龙补中汤可以显著抑制大肠癌肺转移,藤龙补中汤治疗后小鼠肺转移结节和肺质量显著降低。藤龙补中汤治疗后小鼠大肠癌肺转移组织肿瘤相关巨噬细胞显著减少,同时VEGF表达及血管生成降低。[结论]藤龙补中汤可以抑制大肠癌肺转移,可能与抑制肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、血管生成相关。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Fujimura Buzhong Decoction on lung metastasis and tumor-associated macrophages (type II macrophages) in colorectal cancer. [Method] The lung metastasis model of mouse colorectal cancer was established by tail vein injection and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 rats in each group. The control group was given distilled water once a day. The mice in the chemotherapy group were injected intraperitoneally with 5-Fu once a week for 3 weeks. The lung tissues of the mice were dissected and weighed and the nodules were counted after 3 weeks of continuous administration. Tumor-associated giant tumor was detected by immunohistochemistry The Expression of Arginase I, VEGF and Angiogenesis in. [Result] Compared with the control group, Fujion Buzhong decoction could significantly inhibit lung metastasis of colorectal cancer. The lung metastasis nodules and lung mass of mice after Tong Long Bu Zhong Tang decoction were significantly reduced. Treponement of Bu Tong Long Bu Zhong Tang mouse colon cancer lung metastasis of tumor-associated macrophages was significantly reduced, while VEGF expression and angiogenesis decreased. [Conclusion] Fuju Bu Buzhong Decoction can inhibit the lung metastasis of colorectal cancer, which may be related to the inhibition of tumor-associated macrophages and angiogenesis.
