1994年5月15日,广东某船厂3名油漆女工每人携带约3kg已经稀释的醇酸防锈漆,在一艘新建的200吨钢质货船尾舱进行油漆作业。舱内容积6.7×1.4×1.6m,仅有一直径0.44m的圆形出入口。但该3名有多年油漆经验的女工认为该作业面最多只要30分钟便可漆完,因此就在无任何送风、排气装置及未佩戴防毒口罩的情况下进行作业。 On May 15, 1994, three paint women workers from a shipyard in Guangdong each carried about 3kg of alkyd antirust paint that had been diluted and were painted at the tail of a new 200-ton steel cargo ship.
