党的十一届三中全会以来,山东省水利系统,积极组织对外经济合作与技术交流活动,全方位、多渠道地争取利用外资,加快了水利建设事业的发展,促进了山东省的经济建设。一、概况山东省水利系统引用外资经历了一个逐步发展的过程。目前正在执行的规模比较大的水利引用外资项目有:中德合作山东粮援项目、世行贷款加强灌溉农业项目、世行贷款农业综合开发项目和联合国援助的龙口地下水库建设项目、日本国无偿援助的黄海海珍品养殖示范项目和与澳大利亚合资建设五百万亩节水灌
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the water conservancy system in Shandong Province has organized actively the activities of foreign economic cooperation and technological exchange, strived for the utilization of foreign capital in all directions and in various channels, accelerated the development of water conservancy construction and promoted the economic construction of Shandong Province . I. Overview Shandong Province water resources system has experienced a gradual development of foreign investment. The large-scale water conservancy projects currently under implementation include the Sino-German cooperation Shandong food aid project, the World Bank loan enhancement irrigation agriculture project, the World Bank-financed agricultural comprehensive development project and the UN-assisted Longkou underground reservoir construction project, Assistance Huanghai sea treasures breeding demonstration project and a joint venture with Australia to build five million mu of water-saving irrigation
