基于高连通孔隙沥青路面材料,利用高粘度改性沥青与无机阻燃剂,制备阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面,测试不同空隙率下路面的阻燃、降噪、抗滑性能及路用性能,分析空隙率对各性能的影响规律,进行功能一体化设计研究,并采用自主研发的沥青高温降粘剂,温拌阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面。研究结果表明:空隙率为20%时,阻燃、降噪、抗滑多功能隧道沥青路面具有最佳结构阻燃性能;空隙率为24%时,路面降噪性能最优;随着空隙率提高,路面材料路用性能下降显著;添加沥青高温降粘剂后,可以降低施工温度20℃。综合分析,温拌阻燃、降噪、抗滑沥青路面材料的空隙率应控制在18%~22%为宜。
