目的:探讨息贲丸抗肺癌的作用及对Caspase 3和Caspase 8基因表达的影响。方法:50只小鼠采用细胞株接种的方法复制Lewis肺癌模型,造模成功后,将小鼠分为模型组,CTX组,息贲丸低、中、高剂量组。采用RT—PCR方法检测息贲丸对Lewis肺癌组织中Caspase 3及Caspase 8基因表达的影响。结果:息贲丸低、中、高剂量组的抑瘤率为44.96%、47.84%和56.47%。与模型组比较,3组中Caspase 3的表达升高,Caspase 8降低,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:息贲丸可以恢复机体免疫失调的情况,并通过促进肿瘤细胞凋亡而抑制肺癌的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xichang pill on lung cancer and its effect on Caspase 3 and Caspase 8 gene expression. Methods: Fifty mice were used to inoculate Lewis lung carcinoma cells. The mice were divided into model group, CTX group, low, medium and high dose groups. The effect of Xichang pill on Caspase 3 and Caspase 8 gene expression in Lewis lung carcinoma was detected by RT-PCR. Results: The inhibition rates of Xiban pill in low, medium and high dose groups were 44.96%, 47.84% and 56.47%. Compared with model group, the expression of Caspase 3 and Caspase 8 decreased in three groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xiban Pill can restore the immune imbalance, and through the promotion of tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit the occurrence of lung cancer.
