本文研究了从铁和铜矿石的富集尾矿(含铁11.9%和4.47%)、炉渣浮选尾矿(含铁10.12%)以及低品位铁矿石中回收铁的磁选方法。在最佳的240千安/米磁场强度下,处理铁矿石尾矿,产品中铁含量为52.86%;对于铜矿石和炉渣浮选尾矿以及低品位铁矿石,最佳的场强是80千安/米,产品中铁含量分别为56.07%、45.89%和40.40%。用浮选方法从铜矿石浮选尾矿中回收了贵金属、(Au 0.34克/吨、Ag 4.10克/吨),最终产品中含金12.4克/吨、银71.94克/吨。
In this paper, the magnetic separation of ferrous and copper ore from tailings (iron 11.9% and 4.47%), slag flotation tailings (iron 10.12%) and iron recovery from low grade iron ore was studied. Iron ore tailings are treated at the best magnetic field strength of 240 kA / m and the iron content in the product is 52.86%; for copper ore and slag flotation tailings and low grade iron ore the optimum field strength is 80 k An / m, the product of iron content were 56.07%, 45.89% and 40.40%. The precious metal was recovered from the copper ore flotation tailings by flotation (Au 0.34 g / t, Ag 4.10 g / t) and the final product contained 12.4 g / t gold and 71.94 g / t silver.
