(一) 江西广丰县1958年为了适应工农业生产大跃进的需要,全县展开了“公路化、车子化”的交通建设。公路里程由16公里增加到179.95公里,使全县31个公社中有28个通了公路,3个垦殖场也通了公路。但是自1960年开始,公路上的临时木桥相继腐朽或被水毁,致使交通不时中断,短途运输又出现紧张的局面。例如广玉线因大南桥中断,当时正值早稻追肥季节,社员挑运石灰就用了二万多工日。公路桥梁不通直接影响到工农业生产和人民生
