2008年,我校参与了国家级科研课题《校长的办学理念》的研究。通过三年的研究实践,确定了适合本校发展的办学理念:“科学人本”。“科学”通俗地说,就是符合客观规律。就是学校的一切工作都符合科学性。科学规划、科学管理、科学发展。“人本”就是以人为本。完善人、开发人、发展人。科学育人,才能以人为本;科学管理,需要以人为本,科学发展,促进以人为本。“以人为本”是学校“科学管理、发展”的前提和基础,“科学管理、发展”是“以人为本”的必然目标。二者相辅相成,互为一体。
