目的:对奥硝唑合剂治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法:选取自2014年7月到2016年7月入我院治疗的90例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,两组各45例,其中对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,实验组采用奥硝唑合剂进行治疗。记录两组患者的疗效并进行分析。结果:从治疗效果来看,实验组的总有效率为88.89%,对照组的总有效率为62.22%,实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组;从不良反应来看,实验组的不良反应(13.34%)明显低于对照组的不良反应(42.39%),两组对比都具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。讨论:采用奥硝唑合剂对牙体牙髓病患者进行治疗,其治疗效果更为显著,并且能够有效降低不良反应的发生率,可以在临床上推广。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of ornidazole mixture in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods: Totally 90 patients with dental pulp disease who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group Using conventional methods for treatment, experimental group ornidazole mixture for treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was recorded and analyzed. Results: From the treatment effect point of view, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.89%, the total effective rate of the control group was 62.22%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group; adverse reactions, the experimental group adverse reactions (13.34%) was significantly lower than the control group (42.39%), the two groups were statistically significant (p <0.05). Discussion: The use of ornidazole mixture for treatment of dental pulp disease patients, the treatment effect is more significant, and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, can be clinically promoted.
