随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,教师从“经验型”向“科研型”转变必须走教学与科研一体化的道路已成为大家的共识。笔者负责的《中小学教学与科研一体化的行动研究》先后被列为绍兴市教育科学2004学年规划课题(序号04110)和浙江省教育科学2005年度规划研究课题(编号SC443)。我们认为,当前中小学教科研工作中存在一头热、两张皮、三错位和三不均的现象,既不符合基层学校教育科研的实际,又阻碍科学发展观的落实。通过近二年的行动研究,实施重心下移、校本教研、星级评估、结对帮扶和优化资源等五大对策,加以改正与完善,已收到了显著的成效和有益的启示。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of basic education curriculum, it has become the consensus of all that teachers must take the road of integration of teaching and scientific research from the transformation of “experience type” to “research type”. The author is responsible for “primary and secondary teaching and research integration action research” has been listed as the 2004 academic year of education in Shaoxing City Planning Project (No. 04110) and Zhejiang Province Education Science Year Plan 2005 Research Project (No. SC443). In our opinion, there is a hot phenomenon, two skins, and three wrong and three unequal phenomena in the current scientific and technological research in primary and secondary schools. This phenomenon does not accord with the actuality of education and research at the grass-roots level and hinder the implementation of the scientific concept of development. After nearly two years of action research, implementation of the five measures of lowering the center of gravity, school-based teaching and research, star assessment, matching assistance and optimizing resources, we have corrected and perfected them and have received remarkable results and useful enlightenments.
