人才培养方案改革是高职教育改革与创新的重点。为体现高等职业教育人才培养思想,就机电设备维修与管理专业人才培养模式展开论述,从办学模式、课程体系构建、教学模式等方面阐述了实施人才培养模式的几点体会。
Reform of Talents Cultivation Program is the Key Point of Higher Vocational Education Reform and Innovation. In order to reflect the thought of cultivating talents in higher vocational education, this paper discusses the training mode of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and management professionals and expounds the experience of implementing personnel training mode from the aspects of schooling mode, curriculum system construction and teaching mode.
