目的 探讨皮质类固醇引起的青光眼的临床特徵及诊治原则。方法 对31例43眼患者病史,糖皮质激素使用情况作回顾性分析,结果 26例(38眼)临床表现为开角型青光眼,28例(40眼)在停用激素和采用抗青光眼药物治疗后,眼压恢复正常;3例(3眼)最终施行抗青光眼手术治疗。结论 临床连用皮质类固醇药物时应随访眼压、眼底。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma caused by corticosteroids. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the history of 43 patients and the use of glucocorticoids in 31 patients. RESULTS: Twenty-six patients (38 eyes) had open angle glaucoma, 28 patients (40 eyes) with steroid withdrawal and anti-glaucoma medication After the intraocular pressure returned to normal; 3 cases (3 eyes) were finally treated with anti-glaucoma surgery. Conclusions Intraocular pressure and fundus should be followed up when clinically used corticosteroids.
