中德财政合作“京北风沙危害区植被恢复与水源保护林可持续经营”项目由北京市园林绿化局负责实施,于2009年4月正式启动。项目实施以来,在国家林业局的关心和指导下,在北京市发改委、市财政局、市审计局和市水务局的大力支持下,在5个项目区(县)园林绿化局和全体项目人员的通力合作下,项目各项工作进展顺利,成效显著。
