MPS型磨煤机为我国近年引进的机型,目前电厂已装备200余台。针对我国煤质特点研制出适合我国资源特点的铬系白口铸铁磨盘瓦,不仅能节约我国稀缺的镍资源,还大大提高了机械性能和耐磨性,圆满地解决了磨盘瓦国产化问题。本文对磨盘瓦进行了磨损失效分析和机理研究,对新材质进行了成分研究,探讨其组织、性能和经济性,并指出其制造工艺要点。
MPS-type coal mill for the introduction of our models in recent years, the power plant has been equipped with more than 200 units. According to the characteristics of China’s coal, a chromium-based white cast iron plate suitable for our country’s resources is developed. This not only saves scarce nickel resources in our country, but also greatly improves the mechanical properties and abrasion resistance and satisfactorily solves the problem of localization of the plate. In this paper, wear-failure analysis and mechanism research on the mill-tile was carried out. The composition of the new material was studied, the organization, performance and economy were discussed, and the points of the manufacturing process were pointed out.
