近年来,国家和地方的各项工程设计中钢结构拱桥的数量越来越多,因拱形桥梁外形美观、造型新颖备受大众及设计者喜爱。但真正在施工中钢管拱桥结构复杂、技术难度较大,特别是在跨度较大的工程中对钢结构拱桥的强度和刚度要求更高。文章以南水北调十里铺东南公路桥的钢结构拱形桥为案例,分析探讨钢管拱桥结构在施工中的制造工艺。
In recent years, the number of steel arch bridges in various engineering designs at national and local places has been increasing. Due to the beautiful appearance of the arch bridges, the novel shapes are popular with the public and designers alike. However, the actual construction of steel pipe arch bridge is complex in structure and technical difficulty, especially in the span of larger projects on the strength and stiffness of steel arch bridge higher requirements. This paper takes the arch bridge of steel structure of southeastern highway bridge of Shilipu South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example to analyze and discuss the manufacturing process of the steel tube arch bridge structure in construction.
