电子商务的全球兴起给银行业带来巨大利润的同时,也对银行业竞争结构产生了全面而深刻的影响。本文针以哈佛大学迈克尔·波特教授行业竞争结构模型为基本框架,从潜在进入者、供应者、购买者、替代产品、行业内竞争者五个方面对进行了系统的分析,得出电子商务环境下我国银行业竞争结构的变化,并提出银行业必须从产品、服务、管理等诸多方面改进,才能使自己在电子商务的新兴环境下立于不败之地。
While the global rise of e-commerce has brought huge profits to the banking industry, it has also had an overall and profound impact on the banking competition structure. Based on the industry competition structure model taught by Professor Michael Porter of Harvard University, this article systematically analyzes five aspects of potential entrants, suppliers, buyers, substitute products and competitors in the industry, and concludes that e-commerce Environment, the author points out that the banking industry must improve its products, services and management in order to make itself an invincible position in the emerging environment of e-commerce.
