修路造桥,带动经济发展,谁都知道是件好事,但是交通工程需要资金量大,这资金问题,也谁都知道是件难事。如何解决这个问题?完全依靠我们交通部门?单单是国道、省道,重点工程都应付不过来,更别说是列入不了重点的了。交通部门那点资金显然是杯水车薪;靠政府拨款?社会需要资金的地方多了,电信、市政、文物、教育哪个不缺钱?不可能只青睐你交通一家;靠贷款?且不说贷不贷得出那么多,单是资金回收期长这一个问题,就可以压得你十几年喘不过气来。那么,有没有更新的思路,更好的解决方法呢?
Road construction bridge, promote economic development, no one knows is a good thing, but traffic needs large amount of funds, this funding problem, everyone knows it is a difficult thing. How to solve this problem? Completely rely on our transport department? State Road alone, the provincial highway, key projects have to deal with, let alone can not be included in the key. Transport department that point of appropriation is obviously a drop in the bucket; by government funding? The community needs more funds in place, telecommunications, municipal administration, heritage, education, which is not short of money? Can not only favor your traffic; rely on loans? Draw so much, just a long period of recovery of funds this issue, you can suppress the pressure of more than a decade. So, there is no new ideas, a better solution?
