足球改革的深入对裁判工作提出了更高的要求,为此中国足协对裁判员进行一系列的培训工作,梧州、昆明、广州三期裁判员培训班,广大裁判员通过学习认清足球改革的形势,掌握了规则的新精神,统一了判罚尺度,明确了今年裁判工作的任务与要求,为今年全国甲级联赛做好思想上与任务上的准备。在中国足协领导下,经过广大裁判员的努力与运动队的支持,联赛的前八轮比赛的裁判工作任务完成是好的,特别是甲A联赛的裁判工作更为突出,具体表现在下列几个方面:
