新时期的浙江民办教育,起步于我国改革开放之初,至上世纪90年代后期,在省政府《关于鼓励社会力量参与办学的若干规定》的指引下,得以快速发展。进入21世纪后,特别是近几年来,由于国内大环境和其他各种内外因素的叠加影响,致使我省民办教育的发展步履维艰,整体面临日益加重的生存压力。2009年实施的义务教育学校绩效工资改革,对正处于艰难成长期的民办教育尤其是民办基础教育,无疑是又一次严峻的考验。
The private education in Zhejiang in the new era started at the very beginning of China’s reform and opening up. By the late 1990s, it was under the guidance of the provincial government’s “Several Provisions on Encouraging the Participation of Social Forces in Running Schools”. In the 21st century, especially in recent years, due to the superposition of the domestic environment and other various internal and external factors, the development of private education in our province has been struggling and the overall pressure of survival has come under increasing pressure. The implementation of compulsory education in 2009, the reform of performance pay, is in a difficult period of private education, especially private basic education, is undoubtedly another harsh test.
