引言糖尿病视网膜病变在美国是导致20～74岁成人失明的主要原因,在诊断糖尿病20年之后,几乎所有的1型糖尿病患者与大于60%2型糖尿病患者将有视网膜病变。
Introduction Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of blindness in adults aged 20-74 in the United States. Almost all type 1 diabetic patients and more than 60% of type 2 diabetic patients will have retinopathy after 20 years of diagnosis of diabetes.
