目的探讨脂多糖对滋养层细胞迁移的调节作用。方法不着留取正常早孕绒毛,分离滋养层细胞,采用无血清培养基培养,并利用Transwell检测浓度为0(对照组),11,和100ng/ml的脂多糖对其迁移能力的凋节作用。结果脂多糖作用后24h后,滋养层细胞的迁移能力受剑明显的抑制,与对照组(One/ml)比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论脂多糖能够抑制细胞滋养细胞的迁移,这可能与子痫前期的发病机制有关。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of lipopolysaccharide on trophoblast cell migration. Methods The normal early pregnancy villus was not preserved. The trophoblast cells were isolated and cultured in serum-free medium. Transwell assay was used to detect the apoptotic effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at 0 (control), 11 and 100ng / ml on the migration ability. Results Twenty-four hours after lipopolysaccharide treatment, the migration ability of trophoblast cells was significantly inhibited by Sword. Compared with the control group (One / ml), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion LPS can inhibit the migration of cytotrophoblast cells, which may be related to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
