为观察来源于3种不同精液标本精子运动参数的差异及其Percol处理后的变化,本文对新收集的正常精液精子(Ⅰ组),少精及弱精症精子(Ⅱ组)及正常精液冻融精子(Ⅲ组)各10份,分别于Percol处理前后用电子计算机精液分析仪(Computerasistedsemenanalyser)进行运动特性分析,记录MOT、VSL、VCL、LIN、ALH、及VAP6项参数,其结果进行统计学分析。Percol处理后,各组精子6项参数值均较处理前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.001)。处理前Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组除VSL无显著差异外,余5项参数值均有显著差异。Ⅲ组的ALH,VCL最高,其它参数Ⅰ组最高。Percol处理后差异值降低。Percol处理后精子运动6项参数值均提高;异常精液精子运动特性与正常精液精子有明显差异;正常精子冷冻复苏后其VCL及ALH明显提高。
In order to observe the differences of spermatozoa movement parameters and changes after Percol treatment from three kinds of semen specimens, we analyzed the changes of spermatozoa (Ⅰ group), oligospermia and asthenospermia (Ⅱ group) and normal semen (Group Ⅲ), respectively. Before and after treatment with Percol, the motor characteristics were analyzed by computerized semen analyzer. The parameters of MOT, VSL, VCL, LIN, ALH and VAP6 were recorded. The results were statistically analyzed analysis. After Percol treatment, the values of six parameters in each group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05 ~ 0.001). Before treatment, there were significant differences in the other five parameters between group I and groups II and III except VSL. The ALH and VCL in group Ⅲ were the highest, the highest in other parameters group Ⅰ. Difference in Percol treatment decreased. After Percol treatment, the parameters of sperm motility increased 6 parameters; sperm motility of abnormal semen was significantly different from that of normal seminal fluid; VCL and ALH of normal sperm were significantly increased after cryopreservation.
