1995年是“八五”计划的最后一年,全面估量、正确把握深圳市经济运行的环境,并在充分掌握国内外宏观经济环境的基础上结合深圳市的具体情况,合理制定、有效实施经济政策,对于搞好今年的经济运作,巩固和发展已经取得的成果,进一步推进改革,都是意义重大和十分必要的。 一、国际经济环境分析 (一)国家经济环境提供的机遇。 大多数国家实行经济优先的战略,为我国集中精力发展经济提供了良好的国际环境,使我国能凭借经济增长势头强劲和国内市场前景广阔的条件,在国际政治、经济关系中取得主动地位。
