九一八事变后,蒋汪合组国民政府,由军委会委员长蒋介石主持军政,汪精卫则出任行政院院长并兼外交部长等职,主持内政及对日交涉。不久两人在合作过程中矛盾加剧,为拉拢汪氏继续在前台主持,经中政会议决由财政部于每月初拨发5万元作为行政院外交秘密活动费。本组史料从一侧面反映了抗战爆发前蒋汪两派合作与争斗情形。
After the September 18 Incident, Chiang Kai-shek formed the National Government and the military commissioner Jiang Jieshi presided over the military administration. Wang Ching-wei served as president of the Executive Yuan and minister of foreign affairs. He presided over the internal affairs and made representations to Japan. Soon the two contradictions intensified in the process of cooperation. To win in Wang’s direction, he continued to preside over the front stage. After the Chinese government council decided that the Ministry of Finance should issue a fee of 50,000 yuan as the diplomatic secret of the Executive Yuan every month. This set of historical data from one side reflects the Chiang Kai-shek two factions before the outbreak of war cooperation and fighting situation.
