本文基于教育学和心理学的理论,分析、讨论了民族团结教育入脑、入心的方式方法,提出民族团结教育在完善知识教育的同时,重中之重是培养关心、信任、包容这类人际关系的美德。在教学环节的设计上,应当广泛借鉴教育学、心理学、社会学等领域最新的研究成果,为学生学习跨文化人际交往的知识和技巧提供机会和辅导。民族团结教育需要增强各民族学生跨文化人际交往的能力,最终使民族团结意识内化为多民族国家的公民道德伦理和社会规范,实践社会主义核心价值观。
