专业人员制度是现代图书馆管理的一个重要组成部分。我国大陆公共图书馆专业人员的职称制度和台湾地区公共图书馆专业人员的职阶等级制度在评聘雇等方面有很大的不同,二者各有利弊。改进和完善现行的专业人员制度,才能促进公共图书馆事业的发展。
Professional system is an important part of modern library management. The system of job titles for professionals in the Chinese mainland public libraries is quite different from that in the public libraries in Taiwan. Only by improving and perfecting the current system of professionals can we promote the development of the public library.
