实用氧化物阴极涂层的成份和结构是复杂的。研究的结果表明,由下列成份(分子的百分比)如BαO:SrO:CαO—47:43:10碱土金属氧化物之固溶体组成的氧化物涂层,具有最好的发射性质。等分子组成的二元氧化物(BαSr)o给出的发射略小些。
The composition and structure of practical oxide cathode coatings are complex. The results of the study show that oxide coatings consisting of the solid solution of the following components (percentage of molecules) such as B? O: SrO: Ca? 47: 43: 10 alkaline earth oxides have the best emission properties. The binary oxide (BαSr) o with the same molecular composition gives slightly less emission.
