从1983年我省成立第一家外商投资企业开始,截止到2002年底,我省审批的外商投资企业累计为6464家,直接就业人数逾26万人,外资实际到位金额达70.84亿美元。据统计,1995-2002年我省外商投资企业累计上缴财政税收达80.96亿元。外商投资企业税收正日益成为我省财源建设中的一个新亮点,值得格外关注。 一、我省外商投资企业对财政贡献情况分析 (一)我省外商投资企业上缴税收总的情况分析。2002年,我省的外商投资企业上缴的各项税收为19.85亿元,占财政总税收的5.54％,占整个财政收入的4.67％,比2001年增长22.38％,
Since the establishment of the first foreign-funded enterprise in our province in 1983, as of the end of 2002, the total number of foreign-invested enterprises examined and approved by our province totaled 6,464 with more than 260,000 directly employed and the actual amount of foreign investment reached 7.084 billion U.S. dollars. According to statistics, from 1995 to 2002, the province's foreign-funded enterprises accumulated a total of 8.096 billion yuan in fiscal revenue. Taxation of foreign-invested enterprises is increasingly becoming a new bright spot in the construction of our province's financial resources and deserves special attention. First, the province's foreign-funded enterprises on the financial contribution to the situation analysis (A) of our province foreign-invested enterprises total tax situation analysis.
