目的：介绍ＶＹ系带成形术治疗阴茎系带过短的方法及手术效果。方法：在系带正中横向切断系带，近阴茎端沿包皮皱襞方向行Ｖ字形切开阴茎皮肤，两侧对称，然后行Ｙ形缝合。结果：７例患者术后伤口均一期愈合，系带松解充分，随访６例成年患者，阴茎勃起充分，性生活正常，性交无疼痛；１例儿童患者，阴茎系带长度延长充分。结论：ＶＹ系带成形术治疗阴茎系带过短，可恢复阴茎的正常外观，术后系带区感觉敏感性恢复快。
Objective: To introduce the method and operation effect of VY laceration for treatment of penile laceration. Methods: The lace was cut transversely in the middle of lace and the ventral skin of the penis was cut in a V-shape along the folds of foreskin near the penis, symmetrically on both sides, and then sutured in a Y-shape. Results: All the wounds were healed in one time and the ligaments were well released. Six adult patients were followed up. The penile erection was full and the sexual life was normal. There was no pain during sexual intercourse. One case of pediatric patients had prolonged length of penis ligament. CONCLUSION: VY laminectomy for the treatment of penile laceration is too short, can restore the normal appearance of the penis, postoperative sensation recovery of sensory zone fast.
