本文实验结果表明，自制中药复方８９２号药液对移植性肺腺癌（ＬＡ一７９５）小鼠的脾细胞白细胞介素一２（ＩＬ＿（－２））活性、肿瘤自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）活性和血清肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）含量均有不同程度的提高作用。其中，ＩＬ＿（－２）活性以８９２号药液小剂量组明显高于其它组；ＮＫＣ活性以中西药联用组、８９２号药液大剂量组明显高于其它组；ＴＮＦ含量以８９２号药液大、中、小剂量组明显高于其它组。中药组与西药组比较其差别有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）。提示８９２号药液可以提高荷癌小鼠的肿瘤免疫水平，为临床治疗肿瘤提供了重要的实验依据。
