国家进入大规模经济建设,需要动员很多民工参加各项建设任务,而农业生产亦必须兼顧,所以动员民工成为一项重要而艰巨的工作。这次宜良专署在生产季节中由于各级领导的重视,特别是各级党委的重视和具体指导、及广大干部的艰苦深入的工作,贯彻了政治动员的方针,明确交代政策,发现并及时解决了很多问题,提高了群众觉悟,胜利的超额和提前的完成了任务。我们认为宜良专署的这个工作是做得有成绩的,特将总结选刊本报,以供各地参考。
