利用光热偏转技术测量了连续YAG激光的蓝宝石手术刀头的横向温度分布和纵向温度衰减长度。其分布曲线与用CCD器件测量的光强分布具有很好的一致性。
The lateral temperature distribution and longitudinal temperature decay length of sapphire surgical heads of continuous YAG laser were measured by photothermal deflection technique. Its distribution curve and the use of CCD devices to measure the light intensity distribution has good consistency.
