随着社会对人才要求的不断提高与就业竞争压力的加大,高职院校现行的就业指导课教学形式的局限日益显现。本文从企业中的体验式培训获得启发,提出了“体验式生涯辅导”概念,该辅导重视学生学习的自主性、主动性,是帮助学生达到知行统一的有效途径。 With the continuous improvement of social demands for talents and the pressure of employment competition, the limitations of the current teaching forms of employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges are increasingly apparent. Inspired by experiential training in enterprises, this paper puts forward the concept of “experiential career counseling”, which emphasizes the autonomy and initiative of student learning and is an effective way to help students achieve the unification of knowledge and practice.
