目的研究子宫肌瘤大鼠受孕率及乳鼠发育情况。方法将健康性成熟3月龄Wistar雌性大鼠30只随机分为正常对照组和模型组。模型组以雌激素负荷法造模,正常对照组给予等量生理盐水,连续5周造模成功后,按照2∶1雌雄比例对大鼠进行受孕24 h。待大鼠分娩后,计数新生乳鼠数量,并测量头长、尾长、体长和体质量。大鼠于产子后3周处死,剪取子宫并拍照、称重,观察子宫大体及镜下改变。结果模型组大鼠受孕率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),所生乳鼠的体质量、体长均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤会使大鼠受孕率及所生乳鼠的体质量、体长明显降低。
Objective To study the pregnancy rate and development of uterine fibroids in rats. Methods Thirty healthy, three-month-old Wistar female rats were randomly divided into normal control group and model group. Model group with estrogen load modeling, normal control group was given the same amount of saline, 5 consecutive weeks of modeling success, according to 2: 1 ratio of male and female rats were pregnant 24 h. After the rats have given birth, the number of newborn suckling mice is counted, and the head length, tail length, body length and body weight are measured. Rats were sacrificed 3 weeks after giving birth, the uterus was cut and photographed, weighed, and the uterus was observed under general and microscopic changes. Results The conception rate of the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). The body weight and body length of the born suckling rats were lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Uterine fibroids will make rat pregnancy rate and birth weight, body weight and body length decreased significantly.
